My client, a multi-million pound organisation in Old Trafford, Manchester are seeking a number of candidates to join their growing organisation. They will pay for training, development and CP exams and are offering excellent career progression. You will manage records and communicate information about pension schemes using pensions administration software to transfer data from sources such as payroll departments, and make fund calculations.
You will also deal with a wide range of enquiries from scheme members, employers, financial advisers, lawyers and investment managers. You will communicate meaningful and relevant information on request, or produce in-depth reports. Duties include:
Setting up new business records
Preparing projections and statements
Making amendments to members’ contributions
Administering transfers
Handling payments and claims
Switching funds
You will work in a rapidly changing and regulated environment; you need to adapt their processes to reflect this. As your responsibilities grow, you may analyse more complex situations, communicate with trustees or work on specific projects for clients.
