Inbound Customer Service Advisor required to join a leading Public sector organisation in Heywood / Rochdale, initially temporary with a view to a fixed term contract until end Sept 08. The working hours are Mon-Fri 8.30-4.45, 36.25hrs per week. This role requires an immediate start.
You will be responsible for handling inbound queries from tenants relating to property repairs, anti-social complaints and general queries. Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries from rents, repairs, to supported housing. Working in a busy team environment you must be able to multi-task.
The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and keyboard skills and have worked in a telephone based service role.
