The jobholder will be responsible for selling software to prospect Legal practices within a designated territory. Managing the full sales lifecycle from initial appointment generation through to close of sale and post sale customer satisfaction, the jobholder will be responsible for generating revenue in a new business sales environment.
Main responsibilities : To generate appointments through new business calls to prospective legal practices, to arrange appointments with prospective legal practices through leads provided, to visit customer sites across the defined territory and effectively demonstrate the range of software on a 1:1 basis and to groups, to demonstrate the company’s range of software to groups of prospects at seminars.
Negotiating and closing sales of software range through to contract signing, to ensure post sale customer satisfaction and identify cross and up sell opportunities, to achieve business led revenue target of c£400,000 per annum (May to April). To absorb product training and keep abreast of product and legislation changes , identifying sales opportunities to exploit such changes.
Qualifications - Strong academic background in English and Maths. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (advantageous). Legal qualifications (advantageous)
Experience -Strong experience and track record of new business software sales · Experience of successfully generating own appointments· Experience of effectively demonstrating software to prospective customers · Demonstrable experience of managing the full software sales lifecycle through to post sale customer satisfaction and hand over to technical teams· Experience of selling to Legal Practices (advantageous)
