Our client is a Trust within the NHS. They are looking for a skilled administrator to assist in the day to day running of their department. They require an organised and motivated Administrator, someone who can provide full administration support to a busy team. Your main responsibilities will be;
Typing up correspondence/reports/memos
Dealing with incoming queries via phone and email
Filing, faxing and photocopying
Managing an email inbox
Assisting in the preparation of documents
Putting together paperwork
The hours of work will be 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Benefits include weekly pay and holiday pay accrued pro-rata.
Skills/Attributes required
You will be energetic, motivated, and enjoy a challenge. You will have a can do attitude and be able to work out a suitable solution to all your daily tasks. Your organisational skills will allow you to prioritise your work and spend your day effectively. You will have a sound working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
