A public sector organisation requires a Credit Controller based in Manchester city centre. The role will entail all aspects of credit control including telephone, letter and email chasing of debt. The successful candidate will regularly liaise members of the organisation and all levels of staff.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner, be confident in their interactions with other people and be calm under pressure whilst remaining polite and assertive when chasing debts. The candidate must not be afriad to hit the phones.
