Our prestigious and highly regarded client is looking to recruit an Insolvency Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to work at their Manchester office.
The role is mainly non-contentious; however our client will consider applications from candidates with a mixed contentious background. Our client is particularly interested to hear from candidates who have previous marketing experience.
The successful candidate will be part of a team that has extensive experience representing lenders, debtors, creditors’, committees and other major constituents in some of the world’s largest and most complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
Your work will include re-organisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring and refinancing to formal insolvency procedures such as administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation and bankruptcy.
