    My client is looking to recruit 2 Healthcare Administrators to work in their offices in Manchester City Centre. Previous experience in a Healthcare environment is essential. You will required to carry out all typing and administration for the Associate Directors efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the consultants & clients have adequate administration support.

    Main Responsibilities:

    oTo produce accurate letters, memos, faxes, e-mails and reports.

    oTo answer the telephone in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring all messages are accurate and passed to the relevant person.

    oTo be aware of all diary appointments and to ensure that the consultant is reminded of all appointments and has the appropriate documentation.

    oTo liaise with both clients and insurance companies on a regular basis.

    oTo check documents are accurate and send out to the client accordingly.

    oQuotes to be obtained from insurers and collated and a report to be produced.

    oTo ensure that additions and deletions are actioned on a daily basis and all systems/files are updated accordingly.

    oTo ensure all documentation for renewals are correct and to complete all documentation required if the scheme is switching insurers.

    oTo carry out general office duties including faxing, photocopying etc.

    oTo send out invoices and credit notes, ensuring that these are accurate and that Sirius is updated accordingly.

    oTo set up new files for clients.

    oTo deal with post on a daily basis.

    oTo carry out filing as and when required.

    oTo carry out any other reasonable request
