QUANTITY SURVEYORS - North West- £35-£42k
Our client ideally looking for a Degree/HNC qualified Quantity Surveyor, the right candidate will have either achieved or is seeking to achieve professional status.
You will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and refurbishment projects in the Leisure, Commercial, Retail and Industrial sectors throughout the North West.
As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will also be proactive in avoiding disputes.
