We are looking to recruit results-driven Outbound Sales Agent that are confident and are able to work to targets. We are looking for experienced agents who have proven themselves within the sales industry, who are able to hit the ground running. We provide excellent training to ensure that you can thrive within the contact centre. LBM has been established since 1996 and already has over 2000 employees across 5 sites. We pride ourselves on investing in our employees and developing them to succeed within the business.
Your basic salary is £14,500 with a realistic opportunity of earning up to £8,000 per year, along with weekly incentives. After 6 months employment you will be entitled to a pension and health care plan along with Discounted mobile phone contract.
