Due to LBM's growth, we are currently looking for Call Centre - Sales Agents to work in our contact centre based in Altrincham.
Vacancy Description
The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns for clients such as O2, NPower, Sky, More Than etc.
You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products / services to suit the needs of the customer. Comprehensive training will be provided for every campaign.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections.
Hours of Work
Agents are required to work 38.75 hours per week and be available between the hours of 08.00 – 23.00, dependant upon campaign requirements.
In addition you may be required to work weekends as part of your shift pattern on certain campaigns.
Required Experience
Ideally 3-12 months sales experience

Salary & Benefits
The starting salary is £12,500 - £14,500 on experience, Plus Commission
