    Description:
    Robinson Way Collections is the Debt Collection division of London Scottish Bank. We currently collect debt on behalf of 200 clients ranging from High Street Banks, Utility Companies, Mobile Phone Companies and many more…… we’re always on the lookout for highly motivated people who can add to our already successful and friendly teams.

    As a Telephone Negotiator, you will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls negotiating outstanding payments and reaching repayment agreements on their debts and also deal with any queries and disputes they may have.

    Once you have negotiated an arrangement with the customer you will update our in-house system and action the customers account accordingly.

    Robinson Way Call Centre is situated in a brand new office on a small business park close to Salford Quays.

    The Call Centre is operational between 8.00am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-2.00pm on a Saturday and you will be required to work the a rotating shift pattern covering the following:-

    Early: 8.00am-2.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-2.00pm on Saturday

    Normal: 8.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday

    Late: 2.00pm-8.30pm Monday to Thursday & 1.30pm-7.30pm on Friday

    Robinson Way is a target focused environment and you will be required to work towards a monthly collections target, you will be given on-going support and training but we do expect you to be self-motivated and enjoy working towards a more than achievable target.

    On joining Robinson Way you’ll be given a six month probationary period to achieve the requirements of the position. You will be supported every step of the way, initially by the Robinson Way Training Team which will take you through your induction training and then by our team of friendly and experienced Sector Managers who will coach you and give you advice on how to achieve your potential.

    Call Centre experience is essential along with good keyboard skills and you will need to be a strong communicator to deal with a variety of customers.

    You must be determined and target-focused with the ability to think on your feet and be able to adapt to different situations and talk to different people to devise realistic solutions to problems.

    Starting salary ranges from £14,250 up to £20,000 dependant on experience.

    In addition you will be entitled to the monthly bonus scheme. You will receive an UNCAPPED bonus for hitting your collection target which could result in OTE of £30,000.
