    TELEPHONE NEGOTIATOR, SALFORD QUAYS, Part Time.

    Robinson Way Collections is the Debt Collection division of London Scottish Bank. We currently collect debt on behalf of 200 clients ranging from High Street Banks, Utility Companies, Mobile Phone Companies and many more…… we’re always on the lookout for highly motivated people who can add to our already successful and friendly teams.

    As a Telephone Negotiator, you will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls negotiating outstanding payments and reaching repayment agreements on their debts and also deal with any queries and disputes they may have.

    Once you have negotiated an arrangement with the customer you will update our in-house system and action the customers account accordingly.

    Robinson Way Call Centre is situated in a brand new office on a small business park close to Salford Quays.

    The Call Centre is operational between 8.00am – 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-2.00pm on a Saturday

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK 5 EVENINGS A WEEK MONDAY - FRIDAY, STARTING AT 4, 4.30 OR 5PM AND FINISHING AT 8.30PM (7.30 ON FRIDAYS)

    IN ADDITION YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR 2 WEEKS (9-5PM) TRAINING AS OF 9TH JUNE

    Other evening shifts may be considered if a Saturday is worked.

    Robinson Way is a target focused environment and you will be required to work towards a monthly collections target, you will be given on-going support and training but we do expect you to be self-motivated and enjoy working towards a more than achievable target.

    Call Centre experience is essential along with good keyboard skills and you will need to be a strong communicator to deal with a variety of customers. You must be determined and target-focused with the ability to think on your feet and be able to adapt to different situations and talk to different people to devise realistic solutions to problems.

    STARTING SALARY RANGES FROM £7.69- £11.54 PER HOUR DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE.

    In addition you will be entitled to the monthly bonus scheme. You will receive an UNCAPPED bonus for hitting your collection target.
