| Whitbread Restaurants We want every visitor to receive a warm welcome and excellent food. This will be your aim as you work side-by-side with your General Manager. You’ll lead by example and actively motivate the team to achieve higher and higher standards. And, with a good business head, you’ll do your utmost to ensure every customer is more than satisfied, will tell their friends and come back again. Your main responsibilities will include: • Inspiring and Motivating your team • Ensuring exceptional customer service • Driving the business forwards • Handling duty manager shifts • Resolving any complaints or issues with the least possible fuss • Complying with the brand’s high standards Your skills and qualifications will include: • Strong hospitality, retail or leisure industry knowledge • Good management or supervisory experience • Excellent communication skills • Natural motivating and leadership abilities • The ability to build a strong rapport with guests • First-class IT and organisational skills What we will be looking for in you: We want someone with lots of natural drive and tenacity.
