Our client requires a caretaker with a real passion for DIY.
The role is primarily customer focused with responsibilities and tasks within the areas of Front Desk, Caretaking & Maintenance and Security. The purpose of the role is to undertake and supervise certain aspects of the day to day running of a property in line with our Customer Service Standards and Health and Safety obligations
Working hours are 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday. Based on a rota between the hours of 0600 and 2200, you will work 8 hours per day plus 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Shifts are advised fortnightly.
