Responsible for all aspects of supplier performance in the plant - act as the first point of contact for suppliers to the plant and for the plant to the suppliers.
Responsiblities include supply assurance quality levels working closley with planning QA and production to ensure an optimal supply chain - also involves packaging finished goods and other materials/services.
Ensuring that per supplier the chosen delivery set up is optimized - tracking supplier performance ensuring that supplier claims are handled effectively and solved - tracking and bench marking supplier performance.
Facilitating and ensuring pan European stratergies
Feeding supplier performance developments
Ensuring pricing/supplier metrics etc are kept up to date
5-10% travel
Hours - 37.5 per week
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 20 days + stats
