Deal with customer calls relating to Road Traffic Accidents from start to finish, dealing with customers queries, taking info, liasing with the solicitors, insurance and third parties, negotiating payments, ensuring excellent customer service is provided, sending out hired vehicles.
Knowledge of monitoring Motor Claims, understanding of liability, preferably an understanding of the Accident Management industry. The ideal candidates for this position will have worked within an Accident Management company or Credit Hire company eg Britannia Accident Management, Help Hire, MSL or even the Motor Claims Dept of an insurance company.
The job is with one of the UK's fastest growing accident management companies. Incorporated in 1999, trading from a head office in South Manchester, just minutes from Manchester Airport they now operate UK wide, with 3 regional distribution depots and offices, employing over 100 people.
Excellent working hours are offered of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Based in Wythenshawe, Manchester (M23 1BB) easy transport routs via metro, bus and car.
£16500 - £18000 plus £1000 guaranteed commission, other benefits include Pensions, bonus, car scheme, free parking.
