| An opportunity has arisen for a trainee Claims Handler to work for a large organsiation in the Bolton. The role will involve taking the initial claim notifications by telephone, and negotiating all claims through to settlement. Successful applicants will need to have a good customer service background, and any insurance experience is a definite advantage. Good key board skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. A sound educational background is essential and you must possess Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or the equivalent. The company will proactively encourage training, support and progression and the opportunity to study for the insurance qualifications. |
