You will help us continue the good work, dealing with inbound customer queries and providing memorable customer experiences. With accessible, approachable managers and lots of training, you will quickly develop your skills and build your knowledge about our products, services and systems. You dont need contact centre experience. If youre outgoing, confident, ready to respond to customer requests, youll soon pick up the rest.
