We urgently require an experienced adminstrator, preferably with HR experience, in to work from our luxury Oldham based offices for national company.
With a minimum of three years stable experience in a similiar role you will be flexible in your approach to your work, have a keen eye for detail and lots of enthusiams and passion for HR.
Your duties will include
--Typing of general correspondence (e.g. reject letters, no vacancies and reference requests,
-Typing offer letters, Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbook updates and exit interviews.
-Establish and maintain new files for staff
-Employee reviews
-General Filing
-Telephone and e-mail liaison with a variety of personnel
-Any other ad hoc duties as requested
This is initially for a 3/4 Month period but may become permanent should all parties be happy.
