International organisation awarded for its investment with people, renowned for their employee training and drenched in consumer awards for their product range, currently seek a recent graduate to join their Credit Risk Team within the Financial Services division.
The Role
Monitor strategies for scorecard / decision systems through reporting.
Ensure accuracy of reports through appropriate checking and validation
Analyse and interpret reports in line with business requirements.
Assists in the implementation and testing of new strategies/scorecard/decision systems
Identifies areas for business improvement and assists in their implementation.
You
Due to the analytical content of the role, The organisation will only accept applications from candidates with a Mathematics, Statistics or Operational Research degree. The role will be suited to graduates looking to begin a long term career within Finance, Credit Risk and Data Analysis, training plays a large part of the role for a number of years as you will be developing knowledge within the latest analytical and statistical techniques used within the industry.
In Return
Training within specialist statistical / mathematical / analytical techniques to analyse and report on data (SAS / SQL / SPSS), training within credit risk and financial methodologies and how they are applied. Salary will pay up to £21,000, plus annual bonus, plus generous holiday allowance, plus pension, plus flexible working hours.
Easily commutable from Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan, Chorley, Chester.
