This role requires you to liaise with customers over the phone regarding their bank accounts. Setting up transfers, advising on accounts.
Bonused is based on:
1) No of calls taken per day and talk time
2) Audits 80% pass rate
3) Fee Collection and arrears of monthly fee
4) Retention of clients
5) Welcome Calls completed in the month
It would be an advantage to have experience in this role.
