My client who are leading telecommunications company are seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to join their highly successful and expanding department. You will be working in brand new state of the art offices, in the heart of Didsbury Village, close to public transport links, bars, shops and restaurants.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers, who have set up an account with the company. Your role willl be to resolve a range of enquries relating to their accounts and telecommunication products and will include:
-Examples of inbound calls include data protection checks, billing queries and hardware queries.
-Examples of outbound calls include welcome calls, account reviews and managing call alerts.
-striving to resolve issues at first point of contact where appropriate and providing updates where required.
This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to develop you skills. To be considered for this role, applicants must have gained experience of working within a telephone bases Customer Service role. Excellent communicaton skills are essential for this role, so is the abilty to build rapport with customers. We are looking for highly enthusiastic and personable candidate who can make a difference and enjoy working within customer services.
