- My client is looking for a Contracts manager who can effectively manage one or more construction projects/contracts, ranging in value from £50,000 to circa £5m from receipt of contract award through to issue of final certificate, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to agreed standards in accordance with the requirements and targets set out in project agreements.
Key Responsibility:
• To ensure each project/contract is adequately managed and the delivery team is aware of its contractual obligations to ensure that the company’s position is protected at all times and contracts are completed in full compliance with a range of commercial contracts.
• To liaise with clients and their representatives before, during and after completion of a contract to ensure their needs are understood and met.
• To provide support to the delivery team as necessary.
• To work with partners, sub-contractors, operatives and other professionals to support this process.

Qualification:
NVQ level 4 or above in Construction
CIOB or equivalent
CSCS accreditation essential
CDM aware
Building regulations and NHBC standards
Understand JCT suite and NEC/ Other partnering forms of contact
