About the Role
A key member of the senior management team, you'll provide commercial advice on a wide range of rail projects. It's a senior challenge that will involve reviewing contracts, managing risks and maintaining insurance claims schedules. You'll also play a key role in business planning and take the lead in negotiating final accounts.
About You
To succeed in the high-level role, you'll need a successful track record of managing, directing and delivering projects. It's also essential that you have a relevant professional qualification such as MRICS, ACloB or MInstCES. You could have gained your experience with a major consultant/contractor or in a quantity surveying practice. While rail expertise would be ideal, it's not essential.
