A large telecommunications company based in Didsbury are looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Executives.
The company are ever growing. They work alongside one of the worlds largest mobile phone companies.
You will be based in state of the art buildings next to local amenities and transport along with a great working environment.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be:
*Managing the customer relationship over the telephone - Welcome calls, account queries, account reviews - in and out bound calls
*Manage lifecycle of calls from start to resolution
*Work closely with the team leader - escalating customer feedback
*Problem solving, striving to resolve issues
*Analysis customers bills and invoices
To be successful within this lively environment, you should have:
*Educated to minimum GCSE level
*Strong working knowledge of computer packages - Excel
*Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility
*Strong telephone manner
*Excellent communication skills
*Longevity in past roles - Customer Service
