Our client an Exciting Fashion Retail Company requires a CIPD qualified National HR Manager/Advisor.
This will be a field-based role covering the UK from Glasgow to Southampton.
You will be responsible for coaching and advising all retail stores management teams on absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, health and safety, equal opportunities and maternity and paternity issues, delivering recruitment and selection solutions, liasing with central HR to ensure that all new starter admin processes are adhered to, developing, managing and implementing induction processes for all new starters, a store performance management model and a management development programme, producing HR management reports on a monthly basis.
You will have proven HR experience within a multi site retail environment, sound working knowledge of UK employment laws and experience of HR systems and MI reporting.
