Our client is a major local funder and adviser to businesses in the area and is currently looking to recruit a competent Administrator with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills who can take on the role of Information Officer.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- providing an access point for business support via telephone and face to face
- dealing with enquiries and pointing clients in the right direction
- managing the resources at the centre so that they are available to customers on request
If you are able to get on well with people, enjoy customer service, are willing to listen to people and give advice, this could be the role for you. If you already have some knowledge of how a business works more so the better.
