We are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor position paying between £12,000 and £15,000 basic. Then there’s the bonuses and the progression and the training...
On a day to day basis you'll be dealing with savers and their savings in branch, serving customers face to face and making them aware of various products.
The role is VERY much a sales role, with cashiering and other admin duties added on. Some potential candidates have the incorrect impression that it is the other way round!
