Duties include:
Meeting and greeting visitors on a arrival
Dealing with all in-coming calls
Log and escalate facilities enquiries
Action meeting room requests and keep records up to date
Action car park requests and keep records up to date
To log catering requests and place refreshments in meeting rooms
To provide administration support: typing correspondance, collation of figures, diary functions
You should possess:
Previous relevant work experience
Experience within a customer facing role
Knowledge of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Happy to communicate over the phone
