Building Society – Branch Customer Service Assistant

You’ll enjoy serving customers who come into the branch on a face to face basis.
You’ll enjoy working in a close knit team and will want career progression. You’ll be confident enough to make customers aware of branch products such as mortgages, account upgrades, overdrafts, life assurance and other services.
You’ll be a good listener and have strong communication skills and you’ll enjoy helping people.
The key to doing well with up selling is to be very customer focused and a good communicator. That means finding out exactly what the customer wants and tailoring the society’s services accordingly.
Targets are achievable and there is a team bonus available as well as a company annual bonus.
Hours for this role is 845am – 515pm Monday to Friday and you’ll work 24 Saturday mornings a year on a rota basis..
Salary for this role is between £13,600 and £15,800 basic based on experience.
