We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to work from our offices in Salford Quays.
The Role
As a Pearson VUE Customer Services Representatives you will deliver an excellent level of customer service handling inbound customer calls, processing customer requests, queries and booking appointments. You will have a strong customer focus with the ability to trouble-shoot customer issues, owning them until full resolution. This is a varied role, for which you will receive initial and ongoing training and a real opportunity to progress.
Salary and Career Progression
Your commencing salary will be £14,040 with the potential to rise in the future
Working Hours
Our standard working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm and 9am-5pm
No Evenings! No Weekends!
Key Requirements & Skills
•Customer-focused and customer-friendly
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•Good professional telephone manner
•Ability to build an immediate rapport with a Customer
•Demonstrate ownership of issues
•Ability to listen to customers and be sensitive to their needs
•The ability to learn and articulate detailed information
•Attention to detail and strong personal organisation skills
•Ability to work within a team to meet team goals and objectives
•Experience of, and ability to work with, Windows based software
•Good keyboard skills – accuracy is important
•Able to demonstrate at least 6 months experience in a Customer Service environment.
