We are looking for bright individuals who can bring empathy and their experience of life to help customers to commit to resolving their debt problems. We would prefer candidates to have some Admin experience.
They should also have the ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter with an empathetic tone as they may speak to customers who are in distress.
Main Duties:
• Incoming post for interims to be actioned as applicable
• To ensure that all interims payments are dealt with in a timely manner
• To be responsible for a large caseload which must be worked in an efficient and timely manner
• To be responsible for liaising with creditors regarding interim payments
• To be responsible for checking modifications on fees have been complied with and if not, to be responsible for addressing the matter accordingly
• To distribute funds held to all creditors

• Able to priorities workload, remain organised while meeting challenging deadlines.
Systems experience:
• Basic level use of MS-Excel and MS-Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Reasoning skills

• Ability to work to targets
• Ability to communicate well both by letter and over the telephone
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
