We are looking for an experienced collections administrator from within a customer service environment.
Able to work to individual performance targets with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter customers who may be in distress.
They should also have the ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter with an empathetic tone as they may speak to customers who are in distress.
They must also be competent in the use of MS-Office (excel and word)
Duties:
• Liaise with customers by telephone and letter
• Assess financial information
• Complete forms for review of financial information
• General office administration
Systems Experience:
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Exchange
Personal qualities:
• Ability to work to targets
• Ability to communicate well both by letter and over the telephone
• High attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
