We are looking for a person with personal insolvency experience to provide support to all teams within the Supervisory Department
Able to work to individual performance targets with a keen eye for detail.
We fully expect the successful candidate to build a career and progress accordingly as a long term member of the technical team.
Ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter to customers who may be in distress.
Must be competent in the use of MS-Office (excel and word)
Duties:
• Provide full technical support to team members to ensure that cases are being administered in accordance with insolvency legislation
• Deal with specific telephone queries of a technical nature
• Review all types of work generated by the various teams working within the Supervisory function
• Signing out of “non standard” mail to clients
Personal Qualities:
• Ability to communicate well both by letter and over the telephone
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to targets
• Ability to read and understand technical issues
• Ability to accurately review written reports to a high standard
• Ability to priorities work in line with business requirements
Specific Skills:
• Basic Level use of MS – Excel and MS-Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills
