An exciting opportunity to join leading stationery supplier as an Administrator, previous experience essential. Working alongside a small but very bubbly team, your main responsibilities will include:-
• Answering inbound calls
• Taking orders over the telephone
• Processing orders onto an inhouse system
• Dealing with queries regarding orders
• Updating clients regarding progress of orders
• General administration ie. Filing, faxing, photocopying
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be confident and clear on the telephone, computer literate and be able to maintain/develop relationships with clients. Administration experience essential, previous experience within this industry would be advantageous.
