| Experience in a similar role is eccential for this position. Training will be given but you will be expected to carry out the fundamentals of the role. You will be leading a team of 15 staff on a food production line ensure targets and standards are met whilst keeping to strict safety guidelines. You will need to display: -Ability to drive the line and the team on it -Ability to complete all relevant paperwork correctly (including yields and waste) -Some computer skills required to work Armor Inox -Able to communicate correctly with all team members -Able to motivate and communicate well with team -Good degree of flexibility This is initially temporary but will become permanent after 13 weeks for successful candidates. The position offers an excellent opportunity to progress within the company The role will be a 40 hour week on an late shift 12.30pm - 23.00pm Good salary + benefits |
