Full Description:
Main objective of the post is to assist the Head of Residential Management in delivering the highest levels of customer service to residents and maintaining the quality of the buildings.
Key responsibilities are -
To assist in control of service charge/ground rent arrears
Ensure records and files are up to date and accurate
Provide support to Head of Residential management with regards to inspection and assist in handover of building from Build Team
Where appropriate obtain quotations for jobs
General administration duties
Use and maintain website for residents queries and fault records
Keep accurate records of maintenance issues and work orders
Attend residents meetings outside of normal office hours
Assist in minute taking for meetings
Ensure effective communication with all customers, including contractors, tenants and leaseholders maintaining high level of customer service
Assist in handling of insurance claims
Record and report maintenance performance both in-house and external contractors
Ensure high levels of customer care
Hours of work 37.5 pw. Salary Negotiable, depending on experience
Essential qualifications - 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above
Desirable qualifications - Basic residential property management qualification
Experience 2 years experience in similar post essential
