THE ROLE-
* dealing with inbound questions and queries
* resolving queries of technical nature
* advising customer on problems with their software
* 80% telephone based
THE PERSON-
* good customer service skills
* good understanding of computer software
* experience of working on a software helpdesk
* knowledge of Windows
* looking for a career within a successful company

* hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm
* 20 day holiday plus stats rising by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 28
