To answer the telephone in the manner directed ensuring all callers are introduced by name
To qualify telephone enquiries and pass to the appropriate department.
To record all incoming messages in the message pad/task lists and pass on to relevant personnel.
To ensure any faults in the telephone system are reported to the appropriate person and corrected promptly.
In conjunction with Customer Services, to welcome visitors to the Dealership, qualify their requirements and direct them to the appropriate department.
To sign for incoming deliveries as appropriate.
To ensure recorded/special delivery post is processed in time for the postal collection each evening.
To process the morning post in the absence of the PA.
To ensure the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy.
To tanoy all staff in the event of an emergency (providing it is safe to do so) and at the instruction of the General Manager or his deputy.
Hours - 2.00pm - 7.00pm
Holidays - 22 days + stats
