To provide general administration duties on a daily basis. Also making outbound calls to insurance brokers, chasing information etc..
To ensure that all correspondence is logged, prioritised and dealt with appropriately within a sufficient time scale.
To provide support to all teams
To Administrate and update company database and spreadsheets on Excel
To enter Data onto relevant information systems.
To deal with email correspondence
To maintain the office filing system, scanning, filing, photocopying, opening and distribution of post
To deal with a wide range of people at all levels.
To undertake training relevant to the post.
To undertake other such duties related to the work and appropriate to the post, as directed by the Admin Team Manager
Priorities own workload to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
Hours - 9.00am - 5.30pm
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 20 days + stats
Benefits - car parking and health care after 6 months
