Accepting calls from customers and assisting them in placing orders
Maximising the service we provide by offering additional products and services
Dealing with calls and speaking with customers in a polite and professional manner offering excellent customer service
Place customer orders and advise on stock availability
Promoting additional sales and services to every customer
Working with your colleagues to ensure that all individual, team and departmental targets are consistently achieved
Hours - 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday with a day off during the week and 10.00am - 6.00pm on Sunday.
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 22 days + stats
