Nationwide Resourcing Group is an executive search business which provides the UK’s Top tier individuals into Senior Sales, Marketing and IT Positions.
Due to new recruitment demands within a large Global Client, NRG UK now seeks the talents of experienced contracts recruiters from technology or related markets
You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, offering contract recruitment solutions to clients & candidates alike, as well as regularly conducting interviews, attending client’s visits and managing associated administration.You will be responsible for delivering year on year growth within the accounts and ensuring all targets are achieved. As a Contracts Consultant, the position offers the exciting chance to make your mark and be part of a team with exciting prospects ahead.
The basic salary is competitive and there is an uncapped commission structure providing a more than realistic OTE of £50-60k year 1 and £70-80k year 2.
Ideally we would like to speak with people who have a:
*Proven contract recruitment experience, ideally in technology markets
*Demonstrable business development skills
*Exceptional communication skills - able to influence and negotiate
*High levels of personal drive and motivation
