RTA Claims Handler to £22k Ref 08166-02am
An experienced claims handler is sought by a niche firm, based in central Manchester, for their small claims team.
You will need to be able to be able to handle small claims litigating where necessary and be comfortable running a caseload of around 130 files including perusal of incoming post, creation of outgoing correspondence, interviewing of clients and witnesses by telephone, telephone attendances and the collation of documents and evidence.
You should have had the experience of running a caseload through to settlement and have a good knowledge of caselaw combined with strong research skills, confident communication skills and the ability to remain up to date with current law and developments.
