We are looking to appoint the Management team someone who is capable of providing high quality and effective management of the Document Services function within the Facilities section.
To be considered for this role you would need to be able to demonstrate the following;
- experience of managing and working within a document production and handling environment
- strong organisational skills
- well developed IT skills
As a person you would perhaps be from a legal background? - or have worked in a similar role you will also need to have the following skills;
- staff management
- be able to work as part of a team
- be able to manage several different tasks
- have strong written and verbal skills and enjoy problem solving!
