My client is an industry leading construction company handling projects up to £100 million in value for the Public and Private sectors, including leisure, commercial, industrial, housing, health, education, retail and research laboratories.
With a turnover approaching £400 million and over 100 years of experience in construction, my client has a solid reputation for completing projects on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
A Site Manager is required to work on projects in the Greater Manchester area. Tenders won include commercial space and retail developments. The role will involve seeing projects through from start to finish, overseeing all labour on site. The role is fully site based and future tenders will be varied in nature.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing sites from start to finish, ensuring completion to high standards. A minimum of 4 years at Site Manager level is necessary working on relevant projects. Further experience across general construction is useful, positions within major contractors is an advantage.
Upto £38k Basic Salary + Car/Allowance + other excellent benefits
