Responsibilities
To provide 1st contact Delight to all customers
Resolve Customer Service enquiries first time by Phone, Email and Letter
Complete required administration tasks during idle time
Achieve personal and team Targets including Call Quality, efficiency and attendance.
Achieve agreed goals and objectives
Be flexible to support the business needs when required
Proactively respond to customer enquiries ensuring resolving the query with best solution for the customer and business
Keep abreast of product information
Ability to organise own time and to prioritise when faced with multiple tasks
Inbound calls
Outbound calls
Call centre Health & Safety Skills Required
Self motivated
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
Experience of dealing with customers enquiries and complaints
Previous contact centre or telephone based experience
An enthusiastic attitude to work
Able to work as an individual and part of a team
Communication and relationship building
Capacity to develop into a bigger role with time
