My client is looking to recruit a Claims Manager to be responsible for the management and payment of all the companys Group Risk Claims including Death, Income Protection and Critical Illness claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of all claims
Development of claims management protocols/proposition
Liaison with reassures and internal medical specialists
Promotion of the companys Claims Management proposition
Management and development of Claims team
Member of R&PM management team and GR Leadership Team (latter being responsible for the strategic and operational management of the companys GR business)
Skills Required:
Good knowledge/experience in managing GR Claims, particularly Income Protection
Man management experience
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
Happy to work in a shirt sleeves environment
Good team player
Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines
Innovative and creative
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous basic of £50k+ dependent upon experience with an excellent benefits package.
