Our client is a Professional Media Solutions company dedicated to taking their clients’ requirements from conception to right through to distribution. They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to fulfil their team.
The company has 3 main areas of focus.
• Print
• Direct Mail
• Fulfilment
Their business has been developed to satisfy the requirements of their clients, and has expanded to incorporate facilities to make their Client's lives easier. Their aim is to eliminate the problems clients frequently face and associate with organising public awareness and business promotion campaigns.
The Account manager will be required to have full responsibility for the client once an order has been placed. They will also ensure that the order is progressing effectively and will monitor the process to the end to guarantee excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will also liaise with the client with regard to any changes and will communicate with them on a regular basis.
Experience of the printing industry or direct mail is advantageous.
Salary is dependant upon experience
