OUR CLIENT BASED IN THE CHEADLE AREA ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED TRAINING MANAGER TO JOIN THEIR LIVELY, EXPANDING TEAM. THE COMPANY ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT DUE TO THEIR ONGOING SUCCESS. SALARY £25,000 PLUS BENEFITS
THE ROLE-
* to drive ongoing training
* produce and design training material
* assist with development and ongoing training of staff
* ensure all resources are maximised
* train staff 1-2-1 and in groups
THE PERSON-
* highly motivated self started
* strong background in training delivery
* ability to write training and course documentation accurately
* have the skills to keep delegates engaged by effectively responding to group dynamics
BENEFITS-
* free parking
* salary of £25,000 per annum
* hours of work Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm
* full benefits package to be discussed at interview
