An excellent opportunity has arisen, due to expansion, to join a leading claims management company based in Manchester city centre, working as a ULR claims team leader.
About the Role:
You will handle a relatively small allocation of the more complex and high value cases.
You will manage a team of four claims handlers initially, though numbers will increase, where you will implement and push through procedures to ensure the speedy recovery of credit hire and repair costs.

Key Skills Experience Required:
Sound experience of dealing with motor claims, recovering clients damages and negotiating and resolving liability.
Predominately non ABI, GTA credit hire and repair recovery experience.
Ideally some experience of dealing with litigated files and/or civil procedure.
Experience of staff management or supervisory experience is certainly preferable, as is the ability to produce and interpret management information on a Windows based platform.
You will need to have a good understanding of the appraisal, induction and training process.
